  1. It comes in the Hadeeth that seeking halaal (wealth) is Fardh after the other Fardh duties.
  2. In other words, to earn halaal income is Fardh after the other Fardh Acts which are the Arkaan (Essential Parts) of Islam such as Salaat, Saum, etc.
  3. Thus, earning halaal money is Fardh, however, its stage is lesser than the other Fardh duties which constitute the Arkaan of Islam.
