Niyyat of a Qadha Ramadhaan Fast During Ramadhaan

  1. A person had a Qadha of the previous Ramadhaan outstanding. A year passed and the Qadha Fast was not yet kept. Now when the new Ramadhaan came the person made intention in Ramadhaan, of the outstanding Qadha. Notwithstanding the intention of Qadha, the fast will be of the current Ramadhaan, not of the Qadha.
  2. The Qadha of the previous Ramadhaan should be kept after this Ramadhaan.
