Incomplete Tuhr in Nifaas

1. Just as in haidh, in nifaas too an incomplete tuhr, that is a tuhr of less than 15 days, does not separate the bleeding before and after the tuhr.
2. In other words, the entire period, from the starting of the nifaas, the in-between cessation of the bleeding, that is the apparent clean state, and the bleeding which follows the clean state, all will be taken as one stretch of continuous nifaas bleeding.
3. The condition for the above, however, is that the second bleeding falls within the 40-day nifaas period.
