Permissible Things to Recite During Haidh

The following are permissible for a woman in haidh to recite:
- To recite the Kalimah
- To recite Durood Shareef
- To take the Name of Allah (or make the Zikr of the Word Allah)
- To recite Istighfaar
- To recite any wazeefah (devotional Du’aa or Zikr), such as Laa Houla Wala Quwwata Illa Billaah
All these are permitted.
