Lessons

  1. Ladies! This rank is bestowed to only a few.
  2. Whoever was given such a rank, it was by virtue of being completely obedient. Adopt that.
  3. And remember that to believe in Allah completely is:
  • Not to worship anyone else.
  • Not to place your hopes in anyone.
  • Not to fear anyone.
  • Not to think about pleasing someone else [in one’s Ibaadat].
  • Not to be concerned about the displeasure of anyone.
  • Not to become joyous at someone praising one.
  • Not to become depressed if someone speaks bad about you.
  • If someone troubles you, not to stare at the person, rather one should think that Allah wanted it this way. “I am Allah’s slave. I should be contented in all circumstances.”
  1. Whoever believes in Allah Alone in this manner, what connection does she have with Jahannam!? This was the purport of Lady Aishah Bint Ja’far Saadiq (Radhiyallahu anhuma).
  2. She was actually mentioning the barkat and virtue of believing in Allah Alone.
