  1. Rasulullah (Sallallahu alaihi wasallam) said: “Those alone have surpassed others.” The Sahaabah (Radhiyallahu anhum) asked: “Who are those alone Yaa Rasulallah?” Rasulullah (Sallallahu alaihi wasallam) replied: “Those males who remember Allah abundantly and those females who remember Allah abundantly.” (Muslim – Mazaahir-e-Haq)
  2. Rasulullah (Sallallahu alaihi wasallam) said: “The example of the person who makes the Zikr of Allah and the one who does not, is like that of a living person and a dead person.” (Bukhari and Muslim – Mazaahir-e-Haq)
  3. In a Hadeeth-e-Qudsi it comes that Allah Ta’ala says: “I am with My servant when he/she remembers Me.” (Bukhari and Muslim – Mazaahir-e-Haq)
