  • Nabi (Sallallahu alaihi wasallam) allocated for her a well in the Aqeeq Valley.
  • The well was called Beeru Aaminah.
  • Nabi (Sallallahu alaihi wasallam) made Du’aa of blessing for her in the well.
  • She was among the Muhaajiraat (those females who had made Hijrat from Makkah to Madinah).

Lessons

  1. She gained the Tabarruk (Blessing) of Nabi (Sallallahu alaihi wasallam).
  2. For the sake of her Deen she migrated.
  3. The lesson in this Sahaabiyyah’s life is that we should gain Tabarruk with the Sunnah of Rasulullah (Sallallahu alaihi wasallam) and by reciting Durood abundantly, as these are the means now available to us for the blessings of Rasulullah (Sallallahu alaihi wasallam) enshrouding us.
  4. We should furthermore be prepared to sacrifice the comforts of this life for the sake of Deen.
