  1. In another place (in the Qur’aan) Allah Ta’ala says: “Say (O Messenger of Allah), those who know and those who do not know, are they equal?” (Surah Zumar, Aayat 9)
  2. This is a rhetorical question.
  3. It means that the rank of those who know is greater than those who do not know.
