- Saheeh Damm in Fiqhi parlance refers to genuine blood of haidh or nifaas. In other words, the bleeding is considered to be haidh or nifaas.
- Saheeh Damm in haidh is the blood or bleeding which is neither less than 3 days nor more than 10 days.
- If a woman bled for more than 10 days then the bleeding until her aadat, that is her regular number of days of haidh each month, is also called saheeh damm.
- All haidh bleeding – which can be from 3 days to 10 days – are saheeh damm.
- In nifaas, the saheeh damm is 40 days of bleeding or less.
