Every Moment of Fasting…
Reading Time: < 1 minute
- It comes in the Hadeeth that Rasulullah (Sallallahu alaihi wasallam) said:
- “The sleep of a fasting person is Ibaadat,
- his silence is Tasbeeh,
- his deeds are multiplied,
- his Du’aa is accepted.
- and his sins are forgiven.”
2. The fasting person receives thawaab all the time while he/she is fasting, even while sleeping.
3. When the fasting person keeps quiet then he/she receives the thawaab of reciting Tasbeeh, that is saying, “Subhaanallah”.
4. In the blessed days of fasting, the fasting person’s deeds are multiplied in reward many times more than the thawaab he/she receives for the same deeds when not fasting.
5. Fasting is instrumental in the acceptance of Du’aas.
6. The fasting person’s minor sins are forgiven.
