The Imperative Need to Determine Your Routine Cycle

1. It is imperative to keep track of your cycle, that is your fixed number of days of haidh and tuhr.
2. If an irregular cycle occurs then the fixed cycle, which is the last valid haidh and tuhr, determines the irregular cycle.
3. When enquiring about a haidh mas-alah from an Aalim or Mufti do mention your fixed number of days of impurity and the normal number of your clean days, that is your aadat in haidh and tuhr.
4. Without the above information your haidh and tuhr in an irregular cycle cannot be decided.
