Forty Ahadeeth Regarding Women (16-20)

  1. “When a woman passes away and her husband is pleased with her, she will enter Jannah.” (Mishkaat)
  2. “When a woman performs her five times daily Salaah, fasts during Ramadhan, safeguards her chastity and obeys her husband then she will be allowed to enter Jannah from whichever door she wants to.” (ibid)
  3. “When a man calls his wife to fulfil his need, then she should obey him even if she is working at the oven.” (Tirmithi)
  4. “That person who causes a wife to go against her husband or a slave against his master is not from amongst us.” (Mishkaat)
  5. “A woman should not keep (nafl) fasts without the permission of her husband, if he is at home.” (Abu Dawood)
