  1. If a person has the money to go to Makkah Mukarramah, but not to Madinah Munawwarah, Haj is Fardh upon that person.
  2. Some people think that as long as you do not have enough expenses to go to Madinah as well, Haj is not Fardh. This is a completely false notion.
