If the Pad Was Clean or Soiled at Fajr Time

1. A haaidhah, or one in nifaas, placed a sanitary pad at night before sleeping. When she woke up Fajr time, she saw that it was completely clean. In this case she will be considered to have become clean from the time she placed the pad.
2. She, therefore, has to fulfil the Qadha of Isha Salaat, since she had become clean from haidh or nifaas when the Isha time ended.
3. If she placed it at night before sleeping whilst in a state of tahaarat, that is she was not in the state of haidh, but when she woke up Fajr time, she saw spots of blood. In this case, she will be considered to be in haidh now at Fajr time (when the other conditions of haidh are also found), not from the night.
4. Thus, if she did not perform her Isha Salaat, its Qadha is waajib upon her.
