Some people are the means of blessings for us in this world. Their rights are also confirmed in the Shariah. For example, parents are the medium for our coming into this world and our upbringing. Their rights are:

  1. Do not hurt them, even if they are in the wrong.
  2. Respect them with your words and actions.
  3. Obey them in acts which are permissible.
  4. Serve them financially if they are in need of money, even if they are not Muslims.
