Wudhu and Attaining Love for Allah

A person who is particular about bodily and spiritual purification with the intention of being obedient to Allah Ta’ala becomes loved by Allah. In this regard, Allah Ta’ala says:

اِنَّ اللّٰهَ يُحِبُّ التَّوَّابِيْنَ وَيُحِبُّ الْمُتَطَهِّرِيْنَ

“Allah Ta’ala loves those who observe bodily and spiritual purification.”

Therefore, it is incumbent for a person to embody himself/herself with the attribute which confers one the honour of being the loved one of Allah Ta’ala.
