  1. The Fardh (obligatory duty) of earning halaal wealth rests with a person who is in need of basic income.
  2. The need for income could be to fulfil one’s personal need, or the need of one’s wife and children.
  3. This Fardh is not the responsibility of a person who has a basic income, such as income from his properties, or he has gained wealth in some way or the other.
