  1. It comes in the Hadeeth that you should save yourself from the Fire of Jahannam, even by giving a piece of dry date in charity.
  2. In other words, give Sadaqah even if it is something which appears small and insignificant.
  3. This too, is a means of salvation from the Fire of Jahannam.
