The Time Sadaqah Fitr becomes Waajib

  1. This Sadaqah of Fitr actually becomes waajib only at Fajr time on the day of Eid.
  2. Therefore, if a person passed away before Fajr of Eidul Fitr, then Sadaqah Fitr is not waajib on that person.
  3. Fitrah will not be taken from the money he left behind.
