  1. When your child turns seven then inculcate the habit of performing Salaat in him.
  2. When the child is ready to go to the Maktab (primary madrasah), then firstly he should be taught how to recite the Qur’aan Majeed.
  3. As far as possible send the child to a Deendaar (Deeni-conscious; pious ) Ustaad.
  4. Do not be lax in sending the child to the Maktab.
