Aadat – Cycle

1. Aadat or Cycle is a woman’s confirmed period of haidh (menses) or nifaas (post-natal bleeding).
2. The aadat is established even with a single proper (saheeh) cycle of haidh and tuhr.

4. The above (2) applies to even a girl who experiences her first haidh. If her first haidh and tuhr are saheeh, that will be her confirmed cycle (aadat).
5. Even in nifaas, a single proper nifaas and tuhr confirm the aadat.
