A Supreme Virtue of Namaaz

Allah Ta’ala says: “Undoubtedly, Namaaz stops (a person) from shamelessness and sins.”

- The gist of this is that reading Namaaz properly produces such blessings (barakaat) that the by reading Namaaz properly you will stay away from all sins.
- Although there are other Ibaadaat by virtue of which this blessing is produced, however, Namaaz has a special role in this regard.
- The effect of Namaaz in producing the abovementioned virtue is supreme.
- However, it is necessary for the Namaaz to be read according to the Sunnat in a beautiful manner.
- The Majesty of Allah Ta’ala should be in your heart when offering the Salaat.
- The body and mind should be overwhelmed with tranquillity and humility.
- You should not look around.
- In proportion to the perfection of your Namaaz you will gain the desired blessings.
- No Ibaadat is more loved by Allah Ta’ala than Namaaz.
- It is, therefore, vital for a Muslim to offer with utmost care this Ibaadat which stops one from all sins and saves one from Hellfire.
- Never make it Qadha.
