Your Experience

Reading Time: < 1 minute
  1. If the physician did not tell you not to fast, however, you do have experience that fasting in your case will be detrimental to your health, then you should not fast.
  2. Similarly, if there are signs that if you fast, you will harm yourself and your heart bears testimony to this, then too do not fast.
  3. But if you have no experience and you do not know whether fasting will be harmful to you or not and you do not know the effects of the sickness, then you cannot rely on mere assumption and not fast.
