Fulfil This Obligatory Duty with Utmost Care

In any case, Haj is an incumbent duty (fareedhah) difficult to perform multiple times in one’s life. Therefore, males and females should fulfil this obligatory duty with utmost care.

It should furthermore be borne in mind that some [in fact, many] women do not observe pardah even in their home countries. They are permanently in the state of being without pardah. Undoubtedly, this is a major sin. It is in violation of a Fardh Injunction. But they are still obligated to abstain from this major sin when travelling for Haj to the Baitullah so that this fareedhah is properly discharged.
