The Effect of an Incomplete Tuhr
Reading Time: < 1 minute
- It should always be remembered that a tuhr – a clean period – less than 15 days, is in effect continuous bleeding.
- In other words, this incomplete state of tuhr will not separate the bleeding before it and the bleeding following it.
- So, this whole period from the first bleeding till the tail-end bleeding will be taken to be haidh, or part of haidh, depending on her number of days and location of her haidh.
- It is, therefore, possible that her haidh starts on a day in which there is no apparent bleeding, and it ends on a day in which there is no apparent bleeding.
- Examples of the above shall be given in the next article, Insha Allah.
