Miscarriage of a Foetus Without Any Human Feature

  1. If there are no human features in the foetus, it will not be considered to be a child.
  2. No rules are applicable in such a miscarriage.
  3. The bleeding which follows such a miscarriage will be haidh provided that it is 3 days or more, and a complete tuhr of 15 days or more preceded it.
  4. If any of the above conditions is not found, the bleeding will be istihaadhah.
