Expenses While Staying at the Parents’ Home

1. A woman is entitled to expenses for as long as she has gone to her parents’ home with the consent of her husband.
2. If she goes to her parents’ home without his consent then she cannot claim food and clothing expenses.
3. Similarly, if she had initially gone with his permission, but upon calling her back she refuses to return, then from the time she refuses she is not entitled to expenses.
