The Effect of an Incomplete Tuhr

Reading Time: < 1 minute
  1. It should always be remembered that a tuhr – a clean period – less than 15 days, is in effect continuous bleeding.
  2. In other words, this incomplete state of tuhr will not separate the bleeding before it and the bleeding following it.
  3. So, this whole period from the first bleeding till the tail-end bleeding will be taken to be haidh, or part of haidh, depending on her number of days and location of her haidh.
  4. It is, therefore, possible that her haidh starts on a day in which there is no apparent bleeding, and it ends on a day in which there is no apparent bleeding.
  5. Examples of the above shall be given in the next article, Insha Allah.
