Who is a Mahram?

Question: A couple is going for Haj. Can the niece or sister of the woman go along with them?
Answer: A mahram is a person with whom one can never ever get married to. The wife’s niece and sister are not mahrams of her husband. It is not permissible for them to go with this couple. (Aap Ke Masaail)
