A Vow of Offering Eight  Rakaats or Four Rakaats Salaat

  1. A person took a vow that if he finds his lost item then he will offer 8 Rakaats Salaat. Upon finding the lost item he will have to offer the 8 Rakaats Salaat.
  2. He can perform all eight Rakaats with one intention and one Takbeer, or 4 Rakaats at a time, or even 2 Rakaats at a time.
  3. And if the vow was of offering 4 Rakaats Salaat, then all 4 Rakaats will have to be performed with one intention and one Takbeer.
  4. Performing the 4 Rakaats as two, two Rakaats will not discharge the vow of offering 4 Rakaats.
