Atrocious and Invalid Oaths

  1. These oaths do not come into effect:
  • If I do such a thing, then my hands must break.
  • If I give, my hands must become lame.
  • …it must become diseased.
  • …my body must disintegrate.
  • …the wrath of Allah must descend on me.
  • …the heavens must split apart.
  • …I must become penniless.
  • …Allah must punish me.
  • …Allah Ta’ala must whip me.
  • If I do such a thing then pig meat must be stuffed in my mouth.
  • …on the Day of Qiyaamah I must be disgraced in front of Allah Ta’ala and His Rasool.

2. There is no kaffaarah for going against such oaths.
