  1. Talaaq is vested in only the husband.
  2. When he has given Talaaq, the Talaaq comes into effect.
  3. The wife has no say in this matter.
  4. Irrespective of her accepting or not accepting, the Talaaq comes into effect.
  5. A woman cannot give her husband Talaaq.
