  1. If the Aqeeqah is not made on the 7th day, then whenever making the Aqeeqah it is best to observe the 7-day cycle.
  2. The way of observing the 7-day cycle is to make the Aqeeqah on a day which is a day before the child was born.
  3. For example, if the child was born on a Friday, then the Aqeeqah should be made on a Thursday.
  4. If the baby was born on a Thursday, then make the Aqeeqah on a Wednesday.
  5. In this way, whenever you make it, the Aqeeqah will fall on the 7-day cycle.
