If the Sky is Clear

1. If the sky is completely clear then the sighting of the moon will not be confirmed by just a few people saying or testifying that they saw it.
2. This rule applies equally to the Ramadhaan Moon and the Eid Moon.
3. Rather, when so many people mention their sighting of the moon that the heart is convinced of all of them speaking the truth, not fabricating their sighting, then only the sighting of the moon will be confirmed.
