Passing Away in Ramadhaan Due to Sickness or Whilst on Journey

1. A person was sick during Ramadhaan and hence did not fast. The sickness deteriorated and the sick person passed away. The deceased will not be questioned about the fasts he did not keep as he did not get a chance to make the Qadha.
2. Similarly, a person was on journey and before reaching home passed away. There is no accountability for the fasts not kept on this safar.
