Giving the Minor’s Fitrah from His Wealth

- If a minor has the amount which makes Sadaqah Fitr waajib then the Sadaqah Fitr can be given from the minor’s wealth.
- For example, a close relative passed away, and the minor inherited from the deceased a large sum. The Fitrah can be paid from the inheritance he received.
- If a child is born after Subh Saadiq on the day of Eid, then Sadaqah Fitr is not waajib on the child.
