The Taubah and Istighfaar of Hazrat Aadam and Hazrat Hawwa (Alaihimas Salaam)

The two of them said:

رَبَّنَا ظَلَمْنَآ اَنْفُسَنَا وَاِنْ لَّمْ تَغْفِرْلَنَاوَتَرْحَمْنَالَنَكُوْنَنَّ مِنَ الْخٰسِرِيْنَ ٢٣

“O Our Creator, Sustainer and Perfector! We have wronged ourselves. And if You do not forgive us and have mercy upon us then we will most certainly become devastated.”

(Parah 8 Surah A’raaf, Ruku’ 2)
