Do not read novels. In fact, don’t even keep them in your house, and don’t let anyone bring them into your home.
These days girls are so addicted to novels that if they don’t have it any time, it’s like they are being starved. For the sake of Allah, stay away from them. Don’t read them and make your heart shameless and your eyes unchaste. Keep in mind your honour, dignity, and sanctity, and protect it.
Do not become fond of singing ghazals (love poems, songs, etc.), this is also unbecoming for you.
If you are fond of poetry, then are not rhyming Duas sufficient!?
Ghazals contain words that you shouldn’t listen to, nor sing to others. In the past, women who sang ghazals weren’t even allowed to enter the house.
