Cure in Honey

Rasulullah (Sallallahu alaihi wasallam) said:
“Cure has been endowed in the black seed, in bloodletting and in honey. ” (Musnad Imaam Abu Haneefah)
Allah Ta’ala informed us about honey being a cure in His statement:
“In their stomachs are drinks of different colours in which there is cure for mankind.” [An-Nahl, 69]
Some Mufassireen have interpreted the Aayat to mean that honey is beneficial for every sickness and for every person.
Ohers aver that it is beneficial for those whose temperaments are conducive for honey. It, therefore, is not a cure for a person in whose temperament there is excess yellow bile and a person of heated temperament.
