Haidh Case of 5 Days Bleeding, 46 Days Clean, and 11 Days Bleeding

Reading Time: < 1 minute
  1. Routine Haidh: 5 days
  2. Routine Tuhr: 55 days
  3. Case: 5 days bleeding, 46 days tuhr, 11 days bleeding.
  4. The first 5 days were her typical haidh.
  5. The tuhr was taam (complete), although shorter than her typical 55 days.
  6. The 11 days bleeding which followed the tuhr were more than the maximum period of haidh, hence she reverts to her normal pattern.
  7. The last 2 days of this bleeding falls on her haidh days.
  8. Two days are not sufficient for haidh.
  9. Thus 5 days which are her usual number of haidh days will be considered.
  10. Therefore, the 2 days which fell on her normal cycle and 3 days preceding the 2 days will be her haidh.
  11. Her number of days has therefore remained unchanged.
  12. However, now her haidh starts 3 days earlier than usual in view of her number of tuhr days decreasing.
