Nifaas in a C-Section Birth

- In a caesarean birth, if there is bleeding from the vagina then it will be nifaas, otherwise not.
- Even if there was no bleeding from the vagina in a C-section, if she is in iddat, her iddat will end with the birth.
- If a person suspended her talaaq on her giving birth, then the talaaq will come into effect when she gives birth, regardless of bleeding or not, and regardless of the birth being vaginal or any other.
