Yusuf (Alaihis Salaam) Seeking Refuge with Allah from the Seducing Woman

Allah Ta’ala narrated the story of Yusuf (Alaihis Salam) that the woman tried to seduce him and he exclaimed:
مَعاذَ اللّٰهِ إِنَّه رَبِّي أَحْسَنَ مَثْوايَ
May Allah forbid! Verily He is my Rabb Who has given me a good place to stay. [Surah Yusuf, 232]
Allah Ta’ala thus conferred him with two gifts of honour; evil and immorality being turned away from him, as Allah Ta’ala says:
“…so that we avert from him evil and immorality.”
