Specific Haj Directives for a Female (6-10)

6. When reaching Jeddah or Makkah Mukarramah, if a woman’s husband passes away, or she is given Talaaq, she can continue with her Haj.

7. In the state of haidh she can perform all the Rituals of Haj, besides Tawaaf.

8. There is no Iztiba’ for women. Iztiba’ is to take the Ihraam shroud from under the right armpit and place it over the left shoulder.

9. Ramal which is to walk fast with short strides in the first three rounds of Tawaaf is not Masnoon for females. They should walk normally.

10. It is not Masnoon for females to run between the two columns of green lights [Meelaain Akhdharain] when making Sa’ee between Safa and Marwah.
